The pre-primary classroom is a completely equipped Montessori class consisting of the following areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Science, Geography, Art and Music. Following the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, we do not separate children by age or ability. The children move freely throughout the room choosing work that they have had lessons on by the Montessori Directress.

In the traditional 3 to 5 year old class, the children are placed in multiple age groups, reminiscent of the one room school house. The Montessori curriculum is combined with music, art, gardening, and outdoor play to fully meet the needs of children in an all day program.
